Loan Support Admin.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively and accurately communicate with clients to explain the process, to obtain necessary documentation, and to provide relevant updates.
  • Monitor status of received applications to determine and set in motion next steps toward completion of funding process.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or invalid documentation and work with clients to correct the issue.
  • Monitor Team email to ensure sure proper response and delivery to the appropriate party.
  • Verify loan documentation for accuracy, completion, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Work with Merchants to resolve problem queue accounts.
  • Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
WILL EVENTUALLY BE TRAINED ON
  • Ability to read credit reports and interpret information.
  • Make accurate lending decisions on simple credit applications consistent with UCFS’ Credit Policies, Rules and Procedures.
  • Communicate the manual decisions of all credit applications to appropriate parties.
  • Provides peer leadership and mentorship. May participate in new Administrator training.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Ability to understand, analyze and assess risk factors on risk management reports.
  • Ability to multi-task; detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work autonomously and have a high degree of self-motivation working in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with UCFS’ employees and customers.
  • Proficiency with a computer, standard office equipment and computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Online Origination Systems, automated fraud control systems and AS/400 (UCFS' proprietary system).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Lending experience a plus
  • For certain positions, foreign language fluency a plus

 

*This position will require working 1 weekend day per week. We can accommodate full time or part time employees. Premium pay for working evenings and Spanish-speaking employees. *
