United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS) facilitates the lending of money to individuals who want a good or service, but don’t have a large lump-sum to make their purchase. All we ask is for consumers to make their payments to us as agreed in their signed contract.

After signing with UCFS to offer financing as a payment form to customers, (think: cash, credit card or low monthly payments), our Client Services and Training team members are ready to support businesses up to 16 hours a day!

UCFS’ goal is to help every one of our business partners serve more customers. When sellers offer low monthly payments, consumer can make their purchase without cutting into daily living expenses.

After becoming a UCFS Merchant/Distributor, we help businesses by:

  • Providing a web portal for credit applications, creating contracts, reviewing payments made to the business
  • Accepting credit applications over the phone
  • Training sales staff on how to offer financing
  • Paying businesses within 1-3 days of contract signing or service provided.
  • Providing personalized brochures so consumers see payment examples for their purchase
  • Handling consumer repayment for the life of the loan
