Nick Codispoti, President of United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS) was just featured in a Marmon Holdings Leadership Spotlight! After becoming part of Marmon in 2024, UCFS has continued to grow and excel. This Spotlight was proudly featured across the Marmon organization. Marmon Holdings is comprised of more than 120 businesses, with 30,000+ employees and annual revenue exceeding $12 billion. Marmon is a Berkshire Hathaway company.
When Nick Codispoti, President of United Consumer Financial Services (UCFS), walks through the UCFS office each morning, he makes it a point to greet people by name. For him, leadership doesn’t happen behind a desk, it happens in hallway conversations, daily check-ins, and relationships built over time. That people-first mindset has been a defining thread throughout his career and continues to shape how he leads UCFS today.

President
UCFS
UCFS is a consumer finance company that offers tailored financing programs to help businesses grow by offering financing to their customers. With more than 45 years of experience, UCFS has supported businesses across industries such as home improvement, jewelry, furniture, and elective medical procedures.
Nick joined UCFS in April 2016 as Vice President of Finance, bringing a strong financial foundation and broad business perspective. Through his education and prior roles, he gained experience across accounting, treasury, insurance, currency hedging, and investor relations, building both technical depth and strategic insight that prepared him for leadership.
Today, Nick views his role as setting strategy and turning it into actionable results. Communication is central to that work, whether aligning teams internally, connecting with customers, or ensuring UCFS is well understood across the broader organization. He also remains firmly focused on performance, emphasizing the importance of meeting or exceeding profit targets while operating in a highly ethical and compliant manner, which is critical in the consumer finance space where data security and regulatory compliance are key.
Since UCFS became part of Marmon in 2024 from the Scott Fetzer Company, Nick has seen strong momentum build. As a data-driven, technology-oriented company, UCFS was well positioned to leverage Marmon’s operating model and resources. He points to the Commercial Acceleration Program (CAP) and other training opportunities as pivotal in helping the team sharpen how they communicate their value and align their strategy.
“The CAP program gave us a strong foundation,” Nick explains. “It helped us clearly articulate what UCFS does and how we do business.”
That clarity is translating into action. Under Nick’s leadership, UCFS is advancing several major initiatives, including a modern loan management system designed to improve the experience for merchants and consumers. The company is also preparing for an office relocation that will create a brighter, more open workspace to enhance the employee experience. At the same time, UCFS is pursuing a focused European growth strategy and expanding collaboration opportunities across the Marmon organization, efforts Nick believes will unlock significant long-term value.
Despite the scale of the work ahead, Nick’s leadership style remains grounded in empowerment and strategic decision-making. He encourages his team to make decisions and learn along the way.
“We try things,” he says. “If something doesn’t work, we adjust and move forward.”
This mindset reflects UCFS’ data-driven culture and its positive, supportive work environment. Employees are known for supporting one another, doing the right thing, and delivering best-in-class customer service, all while maintaining a sense of fun along the way. That commitment to integrity is a core part of the culture and in 2025, UCFS was recognized with Marmon’s Winning Formula Award for Ethics*, highlighting the team’s dedication to operating responsibly and doing business the right way.
Ask Nick what he enjoys most about his role, and the answer comes easily: the people. He makes a deliberate effort to stay visible and connected, regularly walking the office and checking in with employees about both work and life outside the office, a practice shaped by his own early career experiences.
Looking ahead, Nick is optimistic about UCFS’ trajectory. With new technology investments, expanded market reach, and deeper collaboration across the organization, he believes the team is well positioned for continued growth.
Through steady leadership, clear strategy, and a genuine focus on people, Nick Codispoti is helping guide UCFS into its next chapter with confidence and momentum.
